• • Name for the species <Euphorbia schlechtendalii> of the Euphorbiaceae family, an abundant tree that reaches a height of 2 to 5 meters. Its bark is smooth and reddish, and its leaves are small and round. It produces tiny yellow flowers and green fruit. It contains an abundance of latex, which is considered toxic among experts in La Ventosa. For this reason it is also known as <yaga la guitu tini>; <tini> refers to the latex. It is called <palo mulato> in Spanish as some associate it with the species <Bursera simaruba>, <yaga la guitu xiña'>, which belongs to a different botanical family.
  • Con este nombre se identifica a <Euphorbia schlechtendalii>, de la familia Euphorbiaceae. Se trata de un árbol abundante, que llega a medir de dos a cinco metros. La corteza es lisa, de color rojizo, sus hojas son pequeñas y redondeadas. Sus flores son diminutas, amarillas y los frutos son verdes.
