  • osiko   ginger-type plant, but bigger and with longer leaves than the ordinary ginger; grows in clusters; the leaves are used to make corks for coconut water containers, or as material for wrapping small things; another species of the same family is 'garatana'
  • vaipipi   cork (close a bottle or similar container)
