• • Name for two vine species of the Hippocrateaceae family. These vines produce a dry fruit composed of three parts distributed in a clover shape.   • Con este nombre se reconoce a dos especies de bejucos de la familia Hippocrateaceae. Estos bejucos producen un fruto seco, compuesto de tres partes que se disponen en forma de trébol y cuyas semillas se utilizan en la preparación de un enjuague para el cabello. Para esto, las semillas se muelen en combinación con los tubérculos de las hierbas conocidas como <sapandu> y con agua para producir una pasta que se aplica en el cabello de las mujeres y que le da un aroma muy agradable. La flor de este bejuco florece en época de lluvias pero la semilla se recoge en época de sequía.
