    • Comment The theme (saltwater) is not an argument of the construction. The construction is transitive with an object referring to the person who is affected by pouring water over her. The theme is only understood from the context.
      • Example 3701:

        They would go and fetch saltwater and would pour it over the maurata girl. (i.e. in the ceremony celebrating the girl's first menstruation)
